Each case is accepted only after Dr. Poonam personally reviews the medical reports and confirms eligibility. Once a case is approved, she guarantees complete support and healing commitment throughout the program. ________________________________________ 2. Eligibility for Program You must submit genuine medical reports and personal details. False, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to cancellation of the program without any refund. ________________________________________ 3. Program Confirmation & Payment After case approval, clients are required to make a one-time payment of ₹21,000 to confirm enrollment. Healing and analysis begin immediately after payment; therefore, refunds are not applicable once the program starts. ________________________________________ 4. Confidentiality All client details, reports, and healing progress remain 100% confidential. Dr. Poonam and her authorized assistants are the only people with access to your case information. ________________________________________ 5. Healing Duration The duration of the healing process is not fixed and varies from case to case depending on individual energy, health condition, and emotional readiness. Dr. Poonam will decide and communicate the time frame after analyzing the report. ________________________________________ 6. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to: • Attend sessions and follow healing instructions sincerely. • Stay in consistent communication with the support team. • Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude during the healing journey.
